Pre-mix these in small jars. Add ~1 tsp to your tumbler alongside the base mix vial.


Moscow Mule (Chris)

Batch (30 servings): 7 tbsp lime powder + 3 tbsp + 1 tsp ginger powder

Notes: Tart, spicy, refreshing. The ascorbic acid in the base provides additional sourness.


Mojito (Chris)

Dried mint powder1/3 tsp

Batch (30 servings): 7 tbsp lime powder + 3 tbsp + 1 tsp mint powder

Notes: Fresh, bright, cooling. Mint is a stomach calmer like ginger.


Sara’s Salted Caramel

No powder blend needed. Add 1-2 tsp maple syrup directly to tumbler after pouring in the base mix and water. The salt in the base + maple sweetness = salted caramel profile.

Maple syrup is low-salicylate and low-histamine. ✅


MCAS/Salicylate Safety Notes

  • Lime powder: Contains natural citric acid from fruit (not manufactured). Chris tolerates well. Sara should avoid (citrus = histamine liberator).
  • Ginger: High salicylate. Chris tolerates. Sara should avoid.
  • Mint: Moderate-to-high salicylate. Chris can try. Sara should avoid.
  • Maple syrup: Safe for both MCAS and salicylate sensitivity.
