Open Design Gaps

The main gap is evidence: how much of this framework has been playtested versus theorized? The pitch implies a proven system. Several sections of the framework document are marked skeleton or partial, and the core responsive-generation loop — the thing the whole philosophy hinges on — hasn’t been fully documented. If you’re pitching this to other GMs or submitting it to a design publication, the gap between “here’s how it should work” and “here’s how it worked at a real table” is load-bearing.
