Open Design Gaps

The quality assumption is load-bearing and unaddressed: does a local LLM actually produce podcast content good enough to learn from? The pitch assumes yes. The “shareable artifacts” concept is mentioned in the design docs but what exactly is publishable — the audio, the curriculum, the transcript — isn’t defined. Both of these are gaps a skeptical reader would notice immediately.
