Elevator Pitch

Lugh is a local-first adaptive learning system that turns any topic into a personalized course across multiple content modalities — articles, podcasts, and video shorts. It uses Socratic dialogue to surface what you already know and where your understanding breaks down, then generates teaching content starting with the cheapest format (text) and only escalating to richer modalities when your specific impasses aren’t resolved. Every modality is followed by a Feynman-style assessment, and each subsequent modality integrates your assessment results — so the podcast doesn’t repeat the article, it targets the exact points where your reasoning broke down. The system advances you only when you demonstrate understanding, not when you’ve consumed content.
