Open Design Gaps

The pitch glosses over who the user actually is. Is Guildhall personal infrastructure, or is it designed to be generalizable to other builders? The notes read as both simultaneously, which makes the “why does this exist vs. just using X” question hard to answer cleanly. The web UI and Secretary hardware are also open, so the actual user-facing experience is thin — someone reading the pitch can’t picture what interacting with Guildhall looks like in practice.
