Fate Dice

Phase 2 feature. Fate/Fudge dice have three faces: +1, 0, -1. Standard Fate rolls use 4dF (four Fate dice), producing a range of -4 to +4.

Notation (Phase 2)

dF or d{-1,0,1} — the dF shorthand is sugar for the explicit set.

4dF+3 — standard Fate roll with a +3 skill modifier.
