Open Design Gaps

The mechanism is crisp. Everything around it is thin: governance, membership (how do you join, how do you leave?), what happens to in-flight projects when someone exits, and collusion resistance in a small group where everyone knows each other. The pitch works, but “it’s designed for skilled people who want to work for themselves without working alone” papers over a bootstrapping question — where does the first client work come from, and who are the founding members? The cooperative structure exists in outline; the social and legal details needed to actually form it are still open.
