Open Design Gaps

The integration story between the three pillars is under-defined. The app’s statistical model is gestured at (“correlation modeling”) but not specified — which model, what sample size is needed to surface a signal, how confounders are actually controlled. The pitch implies all three components work together today; in reality they’re at very different development stages, and “the future lab-in-a-disc integration” is doing a lot of work. A grant application using this pitch would face hard questions about the path from component prototypes to a working integrated system.
